Q:

John, this is your first time in the Fun Cup. What are your impressions?

A:

Extremely impressed with the professionalism with the way the series is run, the competitors, the teams, I had no idea it would be quite this big of a deal over here and I look forward to getting in to this race, I think it’s going to be a lot of fun.

Q:

You’ve raced in Formula Renault and you are a 3 time Baja 500 winner. How would you compare this to other series you have raced in?

A:

Racing is racing, cars are cars, drivers are drivers. So long as there is competition, which it appears here there’s plenty of competition I think it’s a great series and it will kick-off anywhere in the world it runs.

Q:

Would you recommend the Fun Cup to other competitors?

A:

Absolutely, and hopefully it will come to the United States and we will have a lot of fun over there with much more competitors.
